We're Devansh and Harsh. No CV and no cover letter. Round one is two things: your edits, and one reel you didn't make that you think is brilliantly edited, plus a voice note telling us why.

How this goes

Round one: up to three short-form edits you've made, one reel you didn't make, and a voice note, two minutes max, telling us why it's brilliantly edited.
Round two: we send everyone the same raw footage. You send back a 20–30 second reel within 48 hours, and then we give you one note to respond to. We send it within a day of your application if you're through, so earlier is better.
Applications close Friday 16 Oct, 11:59 pm. Decisions by Monday 19 Oct.
