- Fully Remote from anywhere in India
Read the full briefHide the brief
We need someone to write them. You'd be one of the first two people we've ever hired.
There are no formats, no content calendar and no "how we do things here". Whatever our Instagram page becomes, you'll have written it from the first post.
What you'll do
- Write hooks and scripts for 3-4 Reels a week. Hooks that perform. Hooks that can hook a shark
- Help decide what we make next: spot formats, read what's working, kill what isn't
- Sit in on the real thing (our calls, our group chat, our bad days) and find the story in the mess
- Occasionally turn our voice notes into LinkedIn posts that sound like us, not like LinkedIn crap
This is you if
- You've rewritten a first line ten times because it wasn't landing
- You can explain why a reel worked, not only that it did
- You've made things nobody asked you to: a meme page, a fest campaign, a newsletter, your own reels
- You're funny without trying to be (v imp)
- You can take a blunt note and come back with a better draft
This isn't you if
- You want to make strategy decks
- Your writing sounds like a chatbot wrote it (we'll know)
What you get
- ₹10,000-20,000 a month for 6 months, whatever hours a week it takes to do your work, and hybrid from anywhere in India
- A portfolio with numbers on it. Your name on the work, access to the analytics, and the freedom to show all of it to whoever you interview with next.
- Real authorship. If your idea is better than ours, yours ships.
- Two founders, no layers. Blunt feedback on every script, usually the same day.
- A seat most interns never get. You'll watch a product go from kitchen trials to a quick commerce shelf, and you'll have been here before the first jar sold.
- Whatever makes you better. Any book, course or tool that helps you learn, reimbursed. We want to help you grow and learn.
- A reference that means something. We'll have seen your work every day, and we'll say so to anyone who asks.
How to apply
No CV and no cover letter.
First round: a voice note no longer than 2 minutes, telling us why you're IT. Record it on the apply page, or send it in Ganzo or founder DMs. If you have a portfolio ready, do send, but it isn't necessary and won't be a consideration factor for second round.
Second round: one task, about 45 minutes. More info on this after passing first round.
Applications close Friday 16 Oct, 11:59 pm. Decisions by Monday 19 Oct.
